4. Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Contributors using the Web App are required to acknowledge the CLA before submitting content.

The CLA confirms that:

• You own the content you submit or have the necessary rights to share it

• You grant AI Skill Drop™ a license to display, distribute, and use the content for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy

• You consent to your name and profile photo appearing on earned badges for community recognition and sharing purposes

Acceptance of the CLA is required to unlock full Web App functionality, including Discover, Contribute, Calendar, and Profile pages.

5. Web App Accounts and Temporary Credentials

When accessing the Web App, contributors may be provided with temporary login credentials for initial Dashboard access.

• Temporary credentials allow limited access to the Dashboard only.

• Full Web App access is granted after completing account setup, setting a permanent password, and accepting the CLA.

• Contributors are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

• AI Skill Drop™ does not collect permanent passwords directly; passwords are encrypted and managed securely through the Web App authentication system.

6. Mentor Chat Sessions and Transcripts

AI Skill Drop™ may offer AI-powered mentor chat sessions to support learning, reflection, and content creation. These interactions may generate chat transcripts based on user input.

Chat transcripts may be used to:

• Support the mentoring experience

• Help users reflect, summarize, or prepare submissions

• Improve AI Skill Drop™ tools, prompts, and guidance
